OH life!

I'm so excited for the new events coming up! We are going to California for Thanksgiving which I'm jumping out of my skin! It's been way to long. We used to be able to go out there all the time but now with church callings, school, kids, and money the time between trips grows longer and longer. I need to post more pictures I know but I just run out of time. Chad is home and I'm loving it. I really missed my little brother. He is a really good kid! I feel so blessed to have a wonderful family. I have a husband that loves me and provides for family. I have two great kids that drive me crazy but they are really well behaved kids. I have in-laws and nieces and nephews that range from shy to out going and pure funny. Life is not always fun and games but it's always entertaining. For example my baby opened a "child proof" medication bottle this morning. Everything is fine but it gave me a heart attack and I got a stamp on my "mother of the year" card. Oh well

oh teeth!

My baby boy turn 1! I love that cute boy but he is getting teeth and is so miserable! I feel so bad for him. I'm trying everything and hoping that it gets better. I don't remember it being this bad with Shaylie but oh well. Shaylie is doing well in school and loving it. I'm so glad we have her in Lacy's preschool because I have been so happy with it! Lots of cute crafts and activities plus Shaylie is learning so much. Life is busy and crazy as normal but it's getting better. we are getting into more of a groove so it's not so nuts! Family Family Family

Today I get a new nephew! My sister is at the hospital as we speak! Its fun stuff. Life is going. Shaylie still loves school even though waking up that early is seriously kicking her butt. Mornings are really hard at my household. She struggles with the lack of sleep thing. Lots of tears about everything.At least when she gets to school she stops with the tears and attitude.Briggs is walking everywhere and getting into everything. Last week he jumped off the couch face first. He has learned that if you want to climb up on something you just have to push a box or his little walker bike and climb up. Crazy life. We are making more friends in our new ward which is making life a little easier. We had family pictures with the Peacocks on Saturday at the farm. I'm hoping that they come out because I seriously need a family picture that has my whole family in it! Lets pray. Well that's all for now!

Oh Family

Life is great but busy. I feel sometimes like I'm losing my mind but hey that's life right? Wade has been put into the bishopric so our lives have gotten even more busy. Shaylie is in school 3 times a week and she loves it. I'm so thankful that Lacy "discovery days preschool" had a spot open last minute. I'm glad that she is going to someone I trust. It brings my crazy level down a couple notches. Briggs is walking! Having a baby walk makes life go by even faster. He started walking at 10 months and Shaylie didn't walk til she was 15 months so this is a little nuts. He is such a happy baby. I really got blessed with this one. Shaylie is a getting smarter by the day. I love to see her learn and figure things out. She needs to be on the stage. Drama is her middle name so I should put her in theater and make money off of her! Well this month isn't over so I'll post more soon

I can't believe it is almost time for school! This can be a great/crappy time of year. I love the fall. It's beautiful and I love living in Utah during the fall. The leaves and the changing of the weather is my favorite. But with that Wade goes back to school and we go back to a routine of school, preschool, dance, and work. Stress builds and pressure mounts. The best thing this fall will be Chad coming home! Fall is the only time in my life I wish I was a good writer. I wish I could truely explain how I feel and what I see when I drive through the orange and red canyon. It would be great! i love summer still but its just not the same without a beach!

Well the summer is coming to an end which is no fun at all. Time to work my butt off. I have started a party idea/ money saving party blog. Which I'm hoping can be a big hit. Every week I'll put the latest idea and things I find that week for sale to help with throwing a party on a budget. I hope this works! My little girl is going to preschool!!!! It's freaking me out. I can't believe I will have 2 kids in school, Wade is one and Shaylie is the other. hahaha. Wade is working really hard with this new position. It's hard but it was nice having him around this weekend! I love the holiday season and I'm looking forward to all the awesome fall pictures! I'm also looking forward to CHAD coming home!!! Briggs and Chad will be meeting for the first time. And my little boy will be turning one! Wow where does time go?

It has really been a long time. Briggs is 3 days short of 10 months! life got extremely crazy! So this is how the birth of my son went. It was a weekend full of family. My aunt passed away the last week in September and we had a memorial for here on satureday the 9th of October. We also went to Snowbird on sunday the 10th so....Monday this 11th I wake up at 3:15 with a strong and painful contraction..5mins later another one...and then another one. I then tell Wade to call my mom bc it's time to go to the hospital. 3:30 we call my mom. My water has now broken and I'm in a whole lot of pain. Oh by the way, when I'm in serious pain I go silent. My mom arrives and 4 am and i start walking out to the car with a shirt and shorts on..no shoes no bag just wanted to go to the hospital. I then tell my mom that i have to push as i'm pushing in the drive way...there is no "not pushing" it just happens. We get to the hospital and the security guard gets a wheelchair and calls my arrival up to the labor and delivery floor at 4:17. We get up to the 3rd floor and i tell them the baby is coming now. They don't believe me, hand me a gown and walk out saying they will be bad in a minute to check on me. As Wade is helping me with the gown i say to him, get the nurse the baby is coming now so he runs out and yells "THE BABY IS COMING NOW!" so it runs the nurse. Checks to see if the baby is really coming and guess what! The head was there. So they roll me into the next room which is a delivery room and a couple pushes later I have Briggs Gregory-Lamar Peacock at 4:26am. The poor nurse was in such a rush and panic that Briggs came out and hit the bed but he is a health great little boy. Shaylie loves her little brother but he is now trying to walk and get into her stuff so he's become the "buggy little brother". Gotta love it. Everything thing is crazy but great.
