I'm going to miss this?

Staying up all night with a coughing baby has never been my idea of awesome. Briggs has gotten a cold and was up all night and shaylie was throwing attitude like it was going out of style that's when I ask myself I'm going to miss this? People always say I'm going to miss this stage but I don think I will. Lol. I still love this time if year even with the colds! The trees look beautiful and you can smell the fireplaces being used at night. Love it! I can't believe that it's the 18th already! I haven't even put up my Halloween decorations! Super lame. Everyday I love where I live even more (even though I'm about to go downstairs and turn on the heater) my heart will always have a place in the Bay Area but this feels like home. My kids are crazy I love them colds and all. I know I'm going to miss a couple things, last night when I put a humidifier in Briggs room he came in saw the tank and started yelling "fishy"! He thought we were going to buy him a fish! Lol. Shaylies cute moment was I was trying to clean up and she ran in saying" mom you gotta see my room!"she had cleaned her room to help me out. Love them yep I'm going to miss this.

Life is good!

Life always has its ups and downs and right now we are on a up. I'm getting ready for Briggs birthday party tomorrow! I can't believe Briggs is 2! His big and talking and throwing fits daily. Awesome. Gotta love the 2s. With shaylie I wasn't prepared and I think I'll do better this time lol. Shaylie is doing awesome in school and I'm amazed at how fast she is learning. She is a smart kid. I have her a center stage dance also and I'm trying to figure out how serious she is going to wanna be with dance. They are teaching her great form and skills and am grateful for that. Sunday was my anniversary that i thought I would be spending alone but wade came home from is business trip early and surprised me! It was the best gift ever! Top off with season tickets to hale theater and crab legs! I love that man! And then there was all the awesome friends that support me and love me! Sarah dropped on treats! And Bree heart attacked my house! So much love! Thank you!

7 years?

Wow where has the time gone. I can still remember our wedding day like it was yesterday. I can honestly say it was the best day of my life. I remember the look or terror/relief as I walked in threw the temple doors and holding hands as we signed our marriage license. The way we looked at each other during the ceremony and the pure joy we felt as we had our first kiss as a married couple. Today I still love that man. We been though a lot. Two kids, job changes, illness, church callings, family stuff, death. And believe or not I love him more and deeper that this day 7 years ago. I love you Wade and looking forward to all the adventures to come!

Love fall!!!!

I absolutely love fall! I was married in fall, Briggs was born in fall, the leAves, pumpkins, hot cider, fall festivities, cornbellys, sweatshirts, cute cloths, pumpkin patches! There are just so many things especially here in Utah. Fall is the start of all the holidays too. ( which I'm not sure I'm ready for) I got to take shaylie on a field trip on Wednesday. It was at the apple farm. I loved it. They also had a pumpkin patch to pick from. It was great and beautiful and I feel super blessed to live here right now! They had this mega slide there that the kids just loved!
