My theory

So I have a theory. I believe that The Lord puts people in your life at certain times. He have people who come in and out o out lives all the time. Why? It's simple they are there for you or you are there for them for an event. Maybe one or maybe a couple but you are there or a reason. For example, we were friends and in the same ward as this awesome family. How we got to that ward was frustrating and not fun . We didn't understand why The Lord lead is there but we were there and intended to make the best of it. So we were in the awesome ward with great people. While we were there tragedy struck more than once. First a horrible accident involving a BBQ. The father of the family was horribly burned and everyone pulled together to help this family. Next this awesome family on thanksgiving was in a tragic accident losing the father and 2nd daughter. This was when I understood why were there. My husband had lost a sister in a car accident years before and was able to work closely with this family to help them threw the beginning of the pain they were feeling. After that there was another hard loss and it was The Lord that pushed us in another direction.
When we are needed The Lord directs us to where we need to be and who we need to help. I am so grateful for that. The friendships and lifelong connections I have made along the way are priceless. So as I said at the beginning we have people or we are the people who go in and out of people's lives. I'm excited to find all those who are waiting for me. I know we have to sometimes we out of our comfort zone but sometimes that is where we find the most comfort.

Slacker

I'm a super slacker lately... Well I don't know if I'm a slacker or I have too much going on. The weather doesn't help my "don't wanna doing anything" mood. I gotta keep truckin. Moving on.... Good notes.... I got to go out with my sister, going to be sister in-law, and her two sisters to the last movie of the twilight saga! It was great! We had a blast and we laughed so hard talking after the movie. I loved that I got to geek out and had supporters to do so lol. Another good note... Shaylie has a lose tooth and she is so happy about it. She has been a little bummed bc all her friends have been losing teeth but not her so she is glad to join that little party. Briggs is also doing great. He's getting so tall. We found out last night while we were all out for dinner how much he loves vanilla soft serve. He had three bowls! Shaylie was a hunger caterpillar last night too. One whole steak, 3 pieces of watermelon, grapes, 2 rolls, and a large ice cream cone. Lol. They grow so fast. I'm glad I get a whole year and a half with Briggs before preschool so I don't miss out on more.

Dad's moment

We had a relaxing Saturday and we didn't have to be anywhere which is a 1st in months! We went to a movie with the kids. Pitch perfect is the best movie. It's super funny( warning some inappropriate content) we were laughing pretty hard. Anyway we had a good day. Shaylie and I were painting our nails and the boys were playing in the backyard. I looked outside and realized wade was having that moment. The moment you dream of as a dad. Playing ball with your boy. It was so tender so I had to take a picture. While I was having my moment with shaylie, us both painting our nails pink and talking about stuff we like, wade was having is boy moment with Briggs. Awesome

Ready, set, slow down!

Time to slow down! The last couple of weeks have been crazy! We family parties, church events, dance class, and shaylie's school events I have been running around with my head off. 1st being in the stake YW presidency has been a blessing and I have loved it. I have awesome people I work with! We were in charge of a multi-stake church dance. It includes 8 stakes. On average they have 200-250 kids that show up to these dances but how many did we have? 483! Ya that's right! We blew the numbers out of the water! The DJ was awesome, the decorations took forever but looked great so much time so many leaders put so much time and it was great! That was that big event
Next but probably the biggest was chad got engaged! My baby brother found an awesome girl, fell in love and now he is engaged to be married! I love her she is great! I so excited to have her in our family and so happy for them. Briggs love her and cries when she leaves so that's great. Lol.
Finally Halloween always crazy and always fun! My kids are cute! Shaylie has a blast at her age and Briggs only wanted to go to the doors with his dad. I don't think wade was upset that Briggs only wanted him. :) It's the best having so much family and love around on the holidays even when it's crazy.
As much as I love Halloween I'm glad it's over so I can slow done and stop running I'm pretty sure my body is rejecting all the madness. I need to reboot! We have lots more partyin and craziness to come!
