I'm not person who lets the news affect me but today no matter who you are it got to you. 26 people were shot and killed today by a 20 year old kid. He walked into a elementary school and killed 20 kindergartners and 6 teachers. The unspeakable horror. The fears of all those parents and the realization you have lost your kid to such an awful end. I pray there was no fear or pain. That the parents can some how be able to bare the pain and sorrow they will feel for the rest of their lives. I've been continually prayed for Heavenly Father to comfort these families.so much loss and confusion.
I am holding my kids closer. Loving them deeper and cherishing every minute. That could have been my kindergarteners class room today. That thought will haunt me and that fear will be with me. You just have to continue to live and love.
I'm so grateful for my faith and that I know that those children are with a loving Heavenly Father.

Jazz time!
I know, two post in one day amazing! My parents thought it was a great idea to give all the boys jazz tickets for Christmas! Little did anyone know that they would be floor tickets on the very first row behind the basketball hoop! We ended up having club 100 Jazz tickets which had a dinner before hand and a wonderful snack bar at half time! Wade was thrilled he had a great time I was distracted by the cute boys on the bench! Lol! We saw one of the players dislocated finger which was nasty wade really felt his pain! It ended up being a great time and I have lots of pictures to share the memory! I'm hoping that one day we can get tickets like that again and that will be a will to take our kids to a game! Awesome time!
The tooth fairy experience
Shaylie lost her first tooth! It Had to be the funniest thing I've ever seen. Wade and I decided that we would tie a string around Shaylie's tooth Then we would tie that string around Briggs waist. Then we would tell him to run. We were laughing so hard we couldn't even tie the string! It had to be the best idea ever however it didn't work out the way we thought. Every time we got the string tied around the tooth we couldn't get it tied around Briggs fast enough. We would get the string around the tooth but then he would start running before we could ever get tired around him. So with all of the almost successes we ended up pulling the tooth so loose that shaylie pulled it out herself! It was the funniest night ever. But then came the realization that the tooth fairy had to come that night! So I got a dollar and I put some glitter on it and put glitter all over her bed underneath your pillow! She was so excited when she woke up even though it was two in the morning she ran into our room at 2 o'clock the morning to tell us that the tooth fairy had come and there's glitter everywhere. In the morning I took pictures and now I have to live up to having the tooth ferry bring a dollar every time she was a tooth! Still love it!
