Statement

Why does everything have to be a statement! I'm so so sick of everything having to be a statement. Every tv show, commercial, movie, song, post, store sign, everything! Everyone just has to push their ideals upon you and if you don't agree your intolerant and horrible. I thought that if you lived in this country you could live the way you wanted but that's not where we live anymore. I can not raise my children the way I want. I have to go with the "social normal". All the values that we had before are out the window and if you still believe in them your closed minded and a horrible person. NO. I refuse to be a product of society. I will live the way I chose! I will not be force to believe and embrace what other people have decided to be the new normal. No

Tell me

Tell me it will all be fine. Tell me that I will make the right decision. Tell me I will survive this tell. Tell me I'm strong and I this will not break me. Tell me that I'm doing right by my kids and my husband because they are my life. Tell me our love is strong enough. Tell me this to shall pass. Tell me I know what I'm doing. Tell me they will love me no matter what. Tell me this is God's timing. Tell me I have faith enough to believe that. Just tell me.

Year of change

This year started with a bang. We first has a funeral with my moms side of the family. It was so nice to see them. I really wish they all lived closer! 

We found out Wade's company got bought out and we are bring bought out of all the stock wade had invested. This means it's time to buy a house and make some big decisions. Change is hard. It's always an adjustment. Good or bad change is hard. Our family is in for some changes but I'm excited. I'm looking forward to a new direction And the strength that doing what The Lord wants us to do will bring us.

This will definitely be a time to pray. 

Today is the Super Bowl and we are wanting the broncos to win! It will be a fun day with the family. Let the sweatpants and food start!
