It doesn't matter how many time you have a loved one pass it is always a weird day. The day you find out your time is short it is so surreal. Wednesday night we got a phone call saying we all need to come together because this was the end. surrounded by family and friend wade have grandma a blessing for comfort. It was great to have everyone around knowing she would be gone. Grandma peacock passed early Thursday morning. . It was as good as an event like that could go. Shaylie has struggled a little because she is bigger and understands that she won't see her again. We have talked about what happens and about heaven a lot. She has talked about all the loved ones that have gone before. The list is getting longer. I know this won't be the last time and with 2 90 year old grandparents I bet it will be within the next 5-10 years. Shaylie and Briggs have been blessed to know so many of their great grandparents. We love them all and will miss grandma peacock.
